Booking Policies

Deposits

All new clients MUST pay a deposit to secure an appointment. The deposit is non refundable and will go towards your final balance.

Cancellations and Reschedules

Any cancellation/ rescheduling of an appointment MUST be done 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you do not cancel in the appropriate time frame you will be charged a Same Day Cancellation fee (SDC) which is 50% of your total balance based off the services you had booked. SDC FEE MUST be paid prior to rescheduling. To cancel or reschedule you must communicate with me directly. The easiest way to reach me is by text

No Call / No Show

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment and you did not reach out to me you will be charged the full amount of the services you had booked. This fee is called a No Show FEE (NSF) and MUST be paid before rescheduling.
